General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preamble

The online sales site www.magicalparkshop.com is managed by the company Masedoma, whose registered office is located at 27 ter rue Haute 55100 BELLERAY, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of BAR LE DUC under the number 510 871 569. Intra-community VAT No.: FR72510871569. These conditions govern the sales of products by Masedoma to any natural or legal person making a purchase via the website www.magicalparkshop.com, hereinafter referred to as "the CLIENT".

Article 1 - Definitions

GTC: refers to this document. Order: refers to the purchase order for Product(s) or Service(s). Product: refers to a product or Service offered for sale on the Website.

Article 2 - Object

By accepting these GTC, you declare that you have reached the age of majority in your country of residence. The use of our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose is prohibited.

Article 3 - Prices

Prices are indicated in Euros (€) including all taxes (VAT). Masedoma reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Processing and shipping costs are extra. For non-EU countries, local taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the CLIENT.

Article 4 - Order

Orders are placed via the creation of a customer account. Any false information may lead to the closure of the account.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.

  • Credit Card: Secure payment via SSL.

  • Bank Transfer: Order processed upon receipt of funds (must be received within 4 working days).

  • Check: Only for banks domiciled in France or Monaco.

  • 4x ALMA: Installment payment available for purchases over €150.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, the consumer has 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal without penalty, except for return costs. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition to: MASEDOMA – 27 TER RUE HAUTE, 55100 BELLERAY.

Article 7 - Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated during the order process within a maximum of 30 days. Damaged products: You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt at magicalparkshop@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging.

Article 9 -  Warranty

The consumer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects. Note: Minor painting imperfections due to the "hand-painted" nature of Disney items are not considered defects.

Article 12 -  Intellectual Property

All content on www.magicalparkshop.com (photos, logos, texts) is strictly prohibited from reproduction.

Article 15 -  Applicable Law

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of BAR LE DUC shall have jurisdiction.
